Our role is limited to independent guidance, strategic placement advisory, coordination, and oversight based on ethical referral practices.

3. Engagement and Payment
All advisory services are provided pursuant to a written service agreement.
Fees are disclosed prior to engagement and may include consultation fees, advisory services, case management retainers, or coordination services.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Family Recovery Advisors does not store credit card information.
All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
4. Ethical Referral Practices
Family Recovery Advisors operates under structured ethical referral practices designed to eliminate conflicts of interest.
We do not guarantee treatment outcomes, sobriety, stabilization, or long term results. Treatment outcomes depend on many variables beyond our control, including clinical compliance, provider performance, and individual participation.
All referrals are recommendations only. Final decisions remain the responsibility of the client or family.
5. Third Party Providers
We may recommend or coordinate with third party providers including treatment centers, therapists, sober living homes, interventionists, and sober companions.
Family Recovery Advisors does not own, operate, or control these third party providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, billing practices, policies, or clinical decisions of any external provider.
Any agreements entered into with third party providers are solely between the client and that provider.
6. Confidentiality and Communications
While we maintain strict confidentiality practices, communication via email, phone, or internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance and documentation purposes.

7. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You may not:
